Introduction

 

Ceramic grinding balls refers to the alumina powder as raw material, after batching, grinding, powder (pulping, mud), molding, drying, burning and other processes made into, mainly as the grinding medium and widely used ball stone. Because the content of alumina is more than 92%, it is also called high aluminum ball.

 

 

Application 

 

1. Ceramic grinding balls are made of high-quality alumina with high purity and will not pollute the grinding materials and affect the quality of the grinding materials.

2. Formed by high specific gravity rolling and isostatic pressing. Significantly improve the grinding efficiency, shorten the grinding time, effectively increase the use volume of the ball mill, thus greatly prolonging the service life of the ball mill.

3. Less wear and tear, which can extend the service life of ball mills and other equipment.

4. Can withstand high temperature over 1000ºC. Acid and alkali resistance, corrosion resistance.

Package & Shipping

 

Ceramic grinding balls are packaged in double-layer laminated woven bags, weighing 25 kilograms per bag, and can also be packed in tons. In bulk, the pallets are set at no more than 1.25 tons per pallet, with six packaging straps. However, woven bags are used to separate balls of different specifications to facilitate customer receipt.
